Our aim is to make the whole process of securing a mortgage easier for the client by explaining matters in a simple and straight forward way, and then assisting at every stage if required until the mortgage completes. We always approach cases with a 'can do' attitude by trying to accomplish client goals within the available budget. Our main source of new business is recommendations from contented clients who appreciate that we go 'the extra mile' compared to most of our competitors. We can discuss cases in general via the telephone or email, but before providing specific advice we must meet you to complete a full client review. This will help us to establish exactly what is needed, and also how much you can realistically afford to pay, allowing for an element of protection to ensure the security of the mortgage.

Our service is friendly and personal, with appointments arranged at a time and place to suit you, with evening or weekend appointments always available. We do not normally charge a fee for mortgage advice, however this will depend on your circumstances. If a fee is charged our typical fee is £495. This fee would be refunded from any commission -received. As the lenders are now looking to reduce the commission paid to brokers the situation may change so we must reserve the option to always charge fees in the future.
